Players born 2013 – 2012

The team rosters are built by pulling players from the Dedicated Player Program.

Training Block 1: September – December

  • Training session locations –
  • 2 Training sessions per week (Technical and SSG incorporated)
    • 75 mins training sessions
  • 1x Tournament

Training Block 2: January  – March

  • Training session locations –
  • 2 Training sessions per week (Technical and SSG incorporated)
    • 75 mins training sessions
  • 1x Festival

Learning Objectives

Physical Development:
Improve speed, agility, balance, and coordination with/without the ball

Technical:
Improve possession and transition

Psychosocial:
Create a positive, challenging environment

Tactical:
Creating space and applying basic principles (Minimal)?

Social/Emotional:
Cooperation with teammates in collective tasks during practice

Primary Learning Outcomes

  1. Passing and receiving and shooting, ball control and shielding the ball
  2. Perception and awareness as well as reaction time, acceleration and ABCs of movement
  3. Motivation, respect and discipline
