CANADA SOCCER – ACTIVE START FESTIVALS
Westhills Football Club players that are registered with Lower Island Soccer Association are eligible to participate in the Canada Soccer Active Start Festivals hosted by the Lower Island Soccer District under Westcastle International Academy. The Festivals introduce the sport of soccer to youth through a fun-filled event that both children and their families can enjoy.

Substitutions and Playing Time
- Unlimited substitutions shall be allowed
- Substitutions shall be allowed at stoppages under the control of the referee.
- Players are encouraged (not required) to take equal turns in all field positions including goalkeeper positions during a single game
